Presidential candidate from opposition party and also owner of TP Mazembe, in Democratic Republic of Congo Moise Katumbi, has been sentenced to 3 years in prison for illegally buying a house in a town east of Lubumbashi.
He was also fined $ 6 million.
Katumbi was not in court when the verdict that, after traveling to South Africa to get treatment one day after the government announced the arrest warrant for him on charges separately.
