Idd Azzan aanguka Kinondoni, Abbas Mtemvu wa Temeke Pia, Cuf yachukua.

Wimbi la vyama vya upinzani kushinda ubunge jijini Dar es Salaam limeendelea baada ya mgombea ubunge kwa tiketi ya Chama cha Wananchi (CUF), Maulid Mtulia kutangazwa mshindi wa nafasi hiyo katika jimbo la Kinondoni, akimshinda mgombea wa CCM, Idd Azzan.

Akitangaza matokeo hayo usiku wa kuamkia leo, msimamizi wa uchaguzi katika jimbo hilo ambaye pia ni mkurugenzi wa manispaa ya Kinondoni, Mussa Natty amesema, Mtulia amepata kura 70, 337 huku Azzan aliyekuwa anatetea kiti chake akipata 65,964.

Kwa matokeo hayo, Kinondoni linakuwa jimbo la pili kunyakuliwa na chama hicho katika matokeo rasmi ambayo yamekwishatangazwa na Tume ya Taifa ya Uchaguzi (Nec) baada ya kulitwaa jimbo la Temeke lililokuwa linashikiliwa na mwanasiasa mkongwe, Abbas Mtemvu mapema jana.

Ushindi wa chama hicho, unafuatia ule ulioandikishwa na Chadema kwa kunyakua majimbo ya Kawe, Ubungo, Kibamba na Ukonga, hali inayoashiria kuimarika kwa nguvu za vyama vya upinzani jijini Dar es Salaam hasa vilivyo chini ya mwamvuli wa Umoja wa Katiba ya Wananchi (Ukawa).

Kwa mujibu wa Nec, CCM imeibuka vinara katika majimbo ya Ilala, Kigamboni na Segerea huku matokeo ya jimbo jipya la Mbagala yakiwa hayajatangazwa.

Hadi jana, Nec imeshatangaza matokeo katika majimbo 194 ambapo CCM imeshinda viti vya ubunge katika majimbo 135, Chadema majimbo 34, CUF majimbo 23, NCCR-Mageuzi jimbo moja na ACT-Wazalendo jimbo moja.

Hadi Nec inaahirisha utangazaji wa matokeo jana, mgombea urais wa CCM, Dk. John Magufuli alikuwa anaongoza kwa kura 2, 461, 771 sawa na asilimia 57.21 huku mgombea wa Chadema, Edward Lowassa akifuatia kwa kupata kura 1, 764, 785 sawa na 41.01.

Wasimamizi wasaidizi watatu wamejeruhiwa kwa kipigo kutoka kwa wananchi waliowashuku kusafirisha masanduku yenye kura zilizokwishapigwa usiku wa kuamkia jana.

Tukio hilo liliwalazimu polisi kupiga mabomu ya machozi mfululizo kwa nyakati tofauti kati ya saa 5:00 na saa 8:00 usiku wa kuamkia jana ili kuwatawanya wananchi waliofurika kituo cha Polisi Himo.

Tafrani hiyo iliibuka baada ya wasimamizi hao wasaidizi kukamatwa na wananchi kati ya eneo la Marangu Kilema na mji mdogo wa Himo wakiwa na gari linalodaiwa ni la kada wa CCM.

Baada ya kukamatwa na masanduku hayo ya kura yakiwa na karatasi ambazo hazijapigwa bado, wananchi hao waliwatembezea mkong’oto wasimamizi hao na baadhi kujeruhiwa vibaya.

Kamanda wa Polisi mkoa Kilimanjaro, Fulgence Ngonyani alisema kuwa wasimamizi hao walipigwa na wananchi baada ya kushukiwa kusafirisha masanduku ya kura ambayo yana kura zilizokwisha pigwa.

“Baada ya hao wasimamizi kukamatwa walipelekwa kituo cha Polisi Himo na taarifa zilizozagaa zilivuta wananchi wengi waliofurika kwenye hicho kituo,”alisema Kamanda Ngonyani.

Kamanda Ngonyani alisema polisi waliwataka wananchi hao kutawanyika lakini wakawa wanagoma na kuanzisha vurugu hali iliyowalazimu polisi kutumia nguvu ya ziada kuwatawanya.

Kituoni hapo alikuwepo pia mgombea Ubunge Jimbo la Vunjo kwa tiketi ya TLP, Agustino Mrema na hasimu wake mkubwa ambaye naye anagombea kwa tiketi ya NCCR-Mageuzi, James Mbatia.

Hata hivyo kamanda huyo alisema, baada ya kutokea kwa tafrani hiyo waliwasiliana na msimamizi wa uchaguzi, Fulgence Mponji ambaye baada ya kufika kituoni aliwatambua ni watumishi wa Tume.

Taarifa zaidi zinasema baada ya wasimamizi hao kufikishwa kituo cha polisi, wananchi walifunga barabara zote zinazoingia katika mji mdogo wa Himo huku wakikagua kila gari linalopita.

Madereva wa magari ambao walikaidi kusimama na kukaguliwa, walijikuta matatani kwa magari yao kuvunjwa vioo kwa kutumia mawe hali iliyowalazimu Polisi kutumia mabomu kuwatawanya.

Mrema alipotafutwa kuzungumzia hali hiyo, alisema asingeweza kusema chochote kuhusu uhalali wa karatasi hizo za kura kwani alimkabidhi jukumu hilo kijana wake ambaye alikuwa hajampata.

“Tukiwa pale polisi tuliambiwa kila mmoja ateue mtu atakayeshiriki kuzihakiki pamoja na msimamizi. Kuna kijana wangu nilimpa hiyo kazi mpaka sasa bado sijakutana naye anipe mrejesho,”alisema.

Kwa upande wake, Mbatia aliilaumu NEC kwa kutaka kuvuruga uchaguzi huo kwa kuwapa wasimamizi vifaa nyeti vya uchaguzi kuvisafirisha bila ulinzi wa Askari polisi au Mgambo.

Why I'll Never Forget To Carry A Condom Again

Every guy has that one female friend that he crushes on and wishes he would smash if the opportunity ever arose.
